We are collaborating with The Wellbeing and Supportive Care team at Springhill Hospice to facilitate social and therapeutic horticulture sessions for hospice patients (from any service).
There will be 6 sessions from April until September. 💚
The sessions will run on a Monday from 1pm to 2pm on the following dates:
28th April 2025
12th May 2025
2nd June 2025
7th July 2025
4th August 2025
1st September 2025
There is a maximum of 8 people per session, and they are available for all Hospice patients using any service.
You must book your place for the preferred date with the Wellbeing Team.
